In the user creation phase, you will have to access the users section in the configuration menu as shown in the illustration.
(Path = Configuration > Users)
To create a new user we must press the create user button
The fields in red, which are mandatory, must be filled in with the user id in the "user" field and the user name in the "name" field. The user will then be linked to the entity.
A password must also be filled in, and clicking on the corresponding box will cause the user to change it on the next login.
It is advisable to indicate that the password does not expire if it is considered.
In addition, it must be taken into account that the "Supervisor" box enables the user to use the server user management button.
Finally, the user must be assigned the groups that are considered valid. If it is a Key User, it must have access to LES and LES-ADMIN, but if it is a user that does not have to be parameterized, it should only be given access to LES.
Next, we would enter the users section and link the different users previously created in “Server User Management” with the company entities in the event that the users were related to people. To do this, we would double-click on the user we want to modify.
As shown in the illustration, the user name must be defined, followed by the user name with which the user will be identified. In addition, the user must be linked to the personnel record.
After filling in the user details, you should fill in the email details in case you want to send emails from it. This email will be used to send things directly from the LÊS. In the next tab, you should fill in the GAPs assigned to the user. In this way, the user will be able to access said GAPs.
To complete the user permissions, it is recommended to access the user scope management
This will fill in the APTs, Carousels, Action plans and control tabs.
On this screen you can assign the user to be able to view the data of an ATP, have permissions in an action plan or control over machines, as well as the buttons that can be seen on the user screen.
